Lovely staff and place and I will visit again if I ever travelled to South Korea again.
The Hotel is in a very good location. Staff is very friendly and helpful. We have made a few requests and they accommodate them very well. Breakfast was good and very healthy. This place has so many shops around it so you don’t have to worry about struggling for the snacks at any time. Bus station and train station is very close which was the best thing. Shuttle bus service goes from the bus station they have close by and it was so much convenient while we checked out. Room was big enough and have a good TV there with Netflix logged on. Overall, it was worth the spending for us.
Breakfast time was only 7am to 9am which was very less. Reason being, their breakfast hall is small and it becomes full so quick. Because of the less duration it gets overcrowded so quickly and you will struggle to find a place to sit. Their rooms were bit old and has one very small window, but they have mentioned it that it is because of some law they have it in place. Bathroom shower was not properly intact but they fixed it straight away upon our request.

Very Good
The staff is friendly. The location is nice - first I had a thought that it’d be too noisy as there’re lots of cafes near by but in fact it was quiet. There’s a metro station not so far away from the hotel (3-4 mins of walking). (a few words about public transport: be ready to pay for the metro and buses by cash only. Cards are never accepted). Cleaning service is fine.
1) Breakfast Though once you arrive, the staff gives you a paper with information that actually breakfast isn’t provided and they do their best to provide this breakfast for free at their own fees. Once we came to have a look at this breakfast, we were disappointed as there was actually nothing to eat at all. 2 dishes as I remember and that’s it. It’d be much better to provide breakfast for some cost as for lots of people it’s more convenient to have breakfast at the hotel before they go anywhere. 2) ironing We didn’t have the iron but we had something like an ironing closet LG. Once we tried to turn it on, but everything was in Korean and there was no any instruction left in the room. We went to the reception to ask for the instructions of how to use it, but got the answer that the instruction is in the room so go and have a look for it again. But we didn’t have it at all. It was my first time in South Korea. I had my birthday and I asked the staff in advance for the places where I could celebrate it (the suggestions of any restaurants) and I was advised to go to the second floor restaurant where there’re only 3-4 veggie pizzas and some pastas.. So I decided to find another place to have dinner. Normally, the hotels provide something like a bottle of champagne or a plate of fruit once they know about guest’s birthday - here nothing was provided. Well, of course it’s not obligatory, it is done optionally and it doesn’t affect my opinion or rate of this hotel but anyway I always had experience of getting something (not only for my birthday but for my friends’ as well). It’s a small thing but it definitely cheers up.
